Join us at the Tech Hub for the Grand Rapids Tech Showcase, a five-hour event made to help highlight and celebrate the emerging technology coming out of Grand Rapids.
Come see the amazing technology that the following companies will have on display:
October is ADHD Awareness Month and ADHD Online will be hosting a live podcast event with their host, Lindsay Guentzel, to highlight this. The idea is to create a space away from the noise of ArtPrize and reflect on how those with ADHD might take it in differently than the rest. They will also display their online platform.
Bring your kiddos for an interactive activity with GVSU designed for K-12 students!
Handy's exhibit will be focused on showcasing the technology behind NFT's, they will also teach individuals how to open their own digital wallet.
Get the chance to experience and experiment with virtual and augmented reality.
Tech Week NFT
In collaboration with Handy, Tech Week Grand Rapids has issued a limited series of general access tickets for the first annual event. This NFT also gives you access to a special Tech Week digital room where attendees can collaborate before, during and after the Sept 21-23 events.
What is an NFT?
An NFT (non-fungible token) is a unique digital item stored on a blockchain. NFTs can represent almost anything, and serve as a digital record of ownership.
What is a digital wallet?
A crypto wallet (available as a browser extension and as a mobile app), helps you buy, sell, and store your cryptocurrency and your NFTs. Think of it as your address on the blockchain— you can send and receive items from it, it stores your items, and you want to keep it locked and safe.
