Grand Rapids named one of the best food cities in America

Online money management platform, WalletHub, recently published its list of "Best Food Cities in America" in a comparison of 182 cities across the country. Cities were ranked in two main categories: affordability, and diversity, accessibility, and quality. The category rankings were comprised of over 30 evaluated metrics, including the cost of groceries, restaurant meal costs, average prices of beer and wine, restaurant diversity, access to healthy food options and more.

In the overall ranking Grand Rapids was named the No. 25 best destination on the list. In terms of affordability, Grand Rapids came in at No. 5 while taking the No. 40 spot for diversity, accessibility and quality.
