New hires & promotions at The Right Place

The Right Place, Inc. recently welcomed two new employees to its Administrative and Business Intelligence teams and promoted two others who will work alongside these individuals.

Rosemary Kolderman, who previously served as Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Interim Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, has been promoted to Assistant to the Executive Office. Joining Rosemary as Assistant to the Executive Office is new hire Donna Ford, who came to The Right Place after more than sixteen years as an Executive Specialist for Spectrum Health.

In their roles, Rosemary and Donna provide executive assistance to the President & CEO as well as the COO of The Right Place. The two also provides administrative support for the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Finance Committee.

On the Business Intelligence team, Rafael Martinez has been promoted to the role of Business Research and Intelligence Manager after working as a Business Research Analyst for the organization for over two years. Joining him as a Business Research and Intelligence Manager is John Wiegand, who came to The Right Place in May following his role as Senior Associate for global accounting and consulting firm, BDO. Prior to this, John also spent three and a half years as a business journalist for MiBiz where he covered manufacturing, economic development and agriculture.

In their roles, Rafael and John provide business intelligence and economic research for The Right Place, its investors and other stakeholders throughout the community.
