Recently, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) released a report from a study analyzing where millennials are currently living and moving to across the U.S. The study analyzed employment gains, populations trends, income levels and housing conditions in 100 of the largest metropolitan areas across the country.

This expansion will result in the creation of at least 66 new jobs and a capital investment of $42.8 million.
